HARP: Health, Aging, Relationships, and Physiology (2025-Present)

A longitudinal study examining how psychophysiological reactions within laboratory tasks predict health and aging-related cognitive declines. Study starting soon.

PAIR: Pain, Acetaminophen, and Interactions in Relationships (2024-Present)

A randomized control trial study examing how acetaminophen (tylenol) impacts behaviors and emotions within interactions. Study still ongoing.

CAIR: Communication, Affect, and Interactions in Relationships (2024-Present)

A communication skills study examining how behaviors within interactions impact downstream health, well-being, and relationship satisfaction. Study still ongoing.

CON: Couples Conflict Study (2022-2024)

A dyadic psychophysiology study examining conflict interactions. Romantic couples engaged in a conflict interaction and then reviewed their conversation, rating their own and their partners behaviors, emotions, and perceptions.

FIRE: Friend Interaction, Reaction, and Engagement (2022-2024)

A dyadic psychoendicrinology and physiology study examining social anxiety. Close friends engaged in interactions and stress tasks in the lab, and completed daily diaries for 2 weeks. Salivary cortisol was collected during the lab and 1st week of the daily diary (morning and evening).
